Accounting date differs in PR -accounting distribution form AX 2012

  Created PR on Nov 25, 2020, PR giving following error in submitting PR (note we have PR workflow but no budget) and the accounting distribution form was blank

  When we created the fiscal year 2021, was able to submit PR, and the Accounting distribution form show the accounting distribution line. However the date is 1/1/2021 where as PR is entered on 11/25/2020
