      Hi all,

      Just a heads up to any company that is using the Customer Statement report in the AR module on D365.Ā 

      Microsoft added a new ‘Company range’ tab on the filter section of the report that controls which customers appear by default on the customer account filter:


      This is the only report that received this additional criteria, as of now.

      Hi how do I get to this table?Ā  I am curious because we are not able to print our statements.Ā  The batch takes forever and basically runs into the next day.

      Click “records to include” on the AR statement form as if you are adding a filter, then you will see the tab I referenced.
