    One way you can accomplish this is to setup an alert on Released Products, Manage Cost tab and if you have Latest Cost switch to yes, you can put an alert on that field to notify when it changes. There are a few options when setting this up on how you want to be notified. The other way is to create a custom report/view that can show you the latest cost price/change directly from the table.

Contains misleading or false information
Contains abusive or derogatory content
Contains spam, fake content or potential malware
