We use it for Invoices (including e-mailed), PO’s, Picking Lists, Packing Slips, Shop Packets, Confirmations, no labels. Our current is lack of support. We’ve opened 3 tickets in the last 6 weeks trying to get help with the new connector so that we can update to 10.0.34 or higher. Each time no response after multiple messages only to get an e-mail saying the ticket was closed asking “How Did We Do?” We have had to hire their main support person who no longer works there and does consulting. There have been other issues but this is the most pressing.
