Carlos – I faced a similar issue in AX2012 that you might want to test in D365. On the unique item, do NOT include a base selling price on the item (Released Products). Do not include the item on any trade agreements, except for a trade agreement that is specific to the customer that IS able to purchase the product. If any other customer places an order for the product, the selling price comes up as zero. We have our Customer Service reps trained to check with the Customer Service Manager any time the selling price on an item is zero. Our Customer Service Manager is very aware of the unique item situation and then advises the Customer Service Rep to remove the item from the order, as that customer cannot purchase that item. We also do not publish that unique item on any of our general price lists.
