VERIFACTU integrated into the Spanish localization

We need to activate the VERI*FACTU module integrated into the Spanish localization of Business Central, but VERI*FACTU doesn’t appear in Feature Management.

Consulting AI, the specific update level that includes VERI*FACTU might be missing (Microsoft has been rolling it out in phases).

The VERI*FACTU module should appear starting with version 25 (we have version 28) and for the Spanish localization, but it’s not showing up.

How can we update the system with this VERI*FACTU module?

    Thank you.

    Hi Francesc,

Having BC v28 doesn’t necessarily mean the VERI*FACTU feature will appear automatically. I’d first verify a few things :

    • Is this a Spanish (ES) localized environment?
    • Is your tenant on the latest cumulative update for v28?
    • Have you checked whether the required E-Document framework/apps are installed and updated?

Microsoft has been releasing VERI*FACTU in phases, so depending on your update level or tenant rollout, the feature may not yet be available even if you’re on v28.

    Could you also share:

    • SaaS or On-Prem?
    • Your exact Application Version and Platform Version?
    • A screenshot of Feature Management and Extension Management?

That will help determine whether it’s a missing update, localization, or deployment issue. If it’s still not available, there are also supported approaches using the E-Document framework or partner solutions until the native functionality is fully available.

This is a long-shot but I have found some surprise capability tied to the Subscription Billing extension. The new Subcontracting functionality did not work for us until I installed Subscription Billing to fix a new requirement for the Avalara extension.
