We’re on NAV 2018 w/O365 authentication. I have a single user whose NAV client freezes intermittently. We’ve already looked at reinstall, AV, her ISP connection, etc.

I saw a discussion that recommended deleting and rebuilding her user record. Has anyone done this and been able to successfully restore the user’s personalizationstore.xml?

      Any other suggestions?

      Thank you!

You can safely delete that .xml file and you can also inside the NAV client go to Delete User Personalization, then filter on the user’s ID and delete any rows for that user.
The user will have to recreate any personalizations after doing this.
