    unvoiding a voided check in BC?

    What is the prescribed method to reinstate a check that was erroneously voided?

    The check was posted (history) and was inadvertently voided just prior to becoming stale-dated (not negotiable at the bank). It ended up being cashed so now we need to reinstate the check so the reconciliations will work. how does one do that?

    You cannot unvoid a check. Just reissue the check as a manual check through the payment journal, you can use the same check number.
