Unit of Measure (Description) field is not populating for some item on PO’s

Hello Everyone,

I have what seems to be a strange situation. Some items with a GL Unit of Measure Code are not having their Unit of Measure (description) field populated on purchase orders despite the value “Gallons” being defined for code “GL” in the Units of Measure table.

This is an issue in production and it works in test.

We’re on BC14 on premise.

There was a Unit of Measure Translation record added by someone for unit of measure = GL, Language = English, Description = “”

To set up Unit of Measure Translations, go to Unit of Measure and select a row, then select NAVIGATE in the ribbon, then select TRANSLATIONS
