This is probably a silly question, but is it possible to utilize a Sales Order like a Service Order? (Essentially have a Line Item of type “Service Item”)
If not, then does E-Ship work with Service Orders? (From what I’m seeing–NAV2016–it doesn’t look like it.)

So far I like what I see with Service Contracts functionality…I’m just trying to figure out a smooth way to process the shipments of items related to Service Contracts.
