      Hello,

I was surprised to not see Serenic payroll at Summit.Ā  Anyone know where they are and what there status is in terms of movement toward SaaS model?

Would love to get some feedback.

      Thank you,
      Simon

We were also surprised that Serenic was not at Expo. Ā  Our partner has tried to reach out to Serenic on their plans for BC but is getting no definitive response.Ā  We did see another payroll provider stepping in – Integrity Data.

I know they are changing their pricing model and I am curious on how this is supposed to work.Ā  This was my main focus on finding them.Ā  If anyone in User or Partner group has any insights, it would be appreciated.

They have changed to a Pay Per Use model. You are charge monthly for each employee you pay that month. I don’t have the specifics in front of me, but it is less than $10 per employee.  You must switch to this model at the end of your current maintenance period to get tax and program updates.

Ron K is correct, Serenic’s “Navi Payroll” is changing to a Pay Per Use (PPU) model, and you have to change by your renewal anniversary date.
.Ā  Here is link to their page with more info:Ā https://www.serenic.com/solutions/navi-payroll/

      Here is excerpt:

      Pay Per Use (PPU)

With our Pay Per Use (PPU), you will only pay a monthly fee for employees actively being paid. If your monthly payroll run increases or decreases, perhaps because of seasonal employees, you only pay a fee per employee, per month. There are no hidden or add-on fees, and no annual maintenance contracts or renewals are necessary. You’ll improve cash management because you are only paying for active employees per month and your payroll & HR resources are more productive because PPU is so easy to use.

Your partner will have the pricing for you.
For existing NAV users, I think it’s just under $5 per month for under 250 paychecks, with price breaks above that

They show as being D365BC ready on this page as well. HereĀ is link to PDF for BC, for both on prem and SaaS optionsĀ Ā

Like Patti, I was also surprised no booth at Summit for them!

      Regards,
      Mike
