Hi-Ā Ā Ā I see a lot of references?? to permissions setting add-ons like Mergetools’ Easy Security.Ā I’ve always set permissions manually but nowĀ we are looking atĀ getting such an add-on.I’m wondering if there are other such products for Dynamics NAV 2016 that will migrate over to BC when the time comes, or if Mergetool ES is the only available solution?Ā I thought I had heard of others but find nothing in the archives.Ā Ā

You need to reach out to each ISV to see if they are geared up and have made their own upgrades to other versions of NAV through Business Central. Personally, since you have the ability to “Record” the permission set starting in NAV 2015 (Ver 8) and above, I really don’t use the add-ons.Ā Ā
