    Hello,

    Check out your custom report layouts page. More likely that’s what you are using to populate the values on the remit email body.

      I forgot to note that if you are looking to edit the Subject default of the email, not just the body, this portion is not an out of the box functionality as of yet. However, there are addons that allows you to do this or you may have an extension already.
