      A enduser reported to day that she gets to print three or four times and then here system hangs.Ā  This is in Purchase Orders and Print: Home or Actions Tabs.

      Her Application event log has a zetadoc error and I found a blog thread that said to delete the following temp path and try again. Ā  This works but it again happens.Ā  So anybody heard of this.Ā  We have two or three other user no problem.Ā  We uninstalled NAV Client and reinstalled but it did not fix either.

      We have the error message being captured in the Application Event Log for user:

      Error message:
      Could not locate the control add-in library for
      “Equisys.Zetadocs.CaptureAddin;PublicKeyToken=e139abe62dd951e0, The page contains a control add-in that is not permitted. Contact your system administrator”.

      As usual thank you and for your kindness.

      It seems that for a year and a half our implementation has been missing zetadocs completely and I do not event see it on our install source.
      We are NAV 2015 and so our client path isĀ 
      NSP is 80
      Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  Ā  C:Program Files (x86)Microsoft Dynamics NAV80RoleTailored ClientAdd-ins

      i do not know if we ever got the source DVD, ISO or NAV Zip from our ISV / partner.Ā  The install patch we have always installed from for our clients and servers does not seem to have the path.Ā  I downloaded from CustomerSource the DVD as zip (Dynamics.80.NA.1538476.DVD) but do not see “zetadocs”. Ā  Has this been renamed to something else?

      Our help about shows the following:
      Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015
      Version US Dynamics NAV 8.0.38457,JF8.00.03.00.11837 8.0.42951.0

      ?ZetaDocs is an add-on by Equisis, you’ll need your partner to ask them for a download link if you can’t find it on your servers.
