Hey developers – I’m keeping this very brief, but I came across a new tool today, and wanted to share while on my mind. Tuck this away for when your organization upgrades to the new development environment / Dynamics NAV 2018.

As you may have heard, Microsoft has transition from C/AL and C/SIDE to AL and VS Code.  Our good friend Mark Brummel talked about the new environment and some challenges with managing extensions in this post.  

He referenced therein a new Object Designer for Extensions, developed and graciously shared freely by another good friend Michael Nielsen at NAVUG Partner Member ForNAV.  You can get the tool here: The ForNAV Modern Object Explorer.
