Issue:

Issue with Assembly order page 50099, not allowing them to access other screens.  In 2013 they could now in 2018 they can’t.

I am informed that beginning with NAV2015 , if you have a pop-up open it locks you from opening other screens. Is this true throughout NAV2015-2018?

If so that is a MAJOR productivity killer.

Agree with Franz that nothing has changed here.  If you run a Page like this it will not allow you to access other screens:
Page.Runmodal
so just run the page like this instead:
Page.Run

Page 50099 is a customized page, so your developer should be able to re-code it as Franz and Jason suggested.

Exactly right Ron, MODAL should only be used for a reason, so either the Developer didn’t know what they were doing when they wrote the code, OR they had a specific reason to run MODAL. I hope the later. 😉
