Not many out there which integrate directly with NAV.  We use Kenek (formerly Serenics) which is okay.  Requires a lot of maintenance.  I have seen a demo of NAV Payroll which looks pretty good and seems easier to use.

Other than that, you’re looking at ADP, Paychex, etc. and then needing to integrate.

I second Dave’s comments, but also would like to add that HR/Payroll may be one module that doesnt always need to be fully integrated into the ERP (NAV) solution.  You typically have very sensitive data in this module and so a separate system with very limited access (tight security) may be more suitable. Yes, NAV security can be set up to limit access, but many organizations do not take the proper time to set up this security.  Also, there may not be very many integration points, so integrating these is not as difficult as some other integrations typically (like warehouse  system, etc.). Of course I am not familiar with your specific requirements so these comments may not be relevant to your case.
