While I don’t know exact dates, word around the water cooler is that Dynamics 365 for Financials will begin rolling out in UK sometime in Q1 CY 2017, following by gradual rollout in other European countries. If I were a betting man, I’d say you might see it in Germany in Q2 (and perhaps around the same time in Austria).

I’ve heard that Germany is especially hard because of localization and data issues with Azure from legal. I would not place that bet AJ. Look at Denmark, Sweden and The Netherlands first. Maybe even Spain. Easier localizations.
