    We use ā€œproject codesā€ as our main dimension. We have administrative projects and operational projects. I’d like to establish a rule that administrative projects can only enter GLs for administrative expenses, and vice versa. We have a lot of new projects every week, so I’d prefer a solution that would save me from having to manually update the configuration of GL accounts every week.

    There’s the genius of the design: the Dordle difficulty doesn’t scale linearly. You’d think doubling the puzzle and adding one more guess (Wordle gives six) wouldn’t make it that much harder.

    As per standard You can dedicate the G/L accounts as which Project Codes they are entitled to. You can navigate to COA and choose Dimensions and the use ValuesAllowed to activate your rulebooks.
