    Friends, has anyone come across this before with service items….

    Customer purchases 500 of the same model (all serial tracked) and installs at the same location.

    Can there be a master service item that has each serial number embedded for service orders instead of creating 500 individual service items?

    I’m not seeing a way to have that master service item with 500 serial numbers, but hoping someone has an idea.

    Thanks in advance for any ideas or work arounds!
