I am trying to help and NAV-LS Retail end-user and LS Retail is not my specialty. We are looking for documentation or someone who can help with how-to information for setting up Allocation or as known in the retail world, setting up a Distro.
Any assistance is appreciated.

The customer and partner portal is here:
https://portal.lsretail.com/Most documentation exists there.Ā Depending on what version a feature may not have changed so you will need to go back a version or 3 to find it.Ā LS is built on NAV and isn’t much different than other ISV solutions – if this isn’t a retail specific issue then you’re probably looking back to base NAV for the answer.Ā How that impacts the store may be a different discussion.Ā EG: if you’re using special orders it uses base sales orders with reservations.Ā If you’re using the purchasing module you have options on worksheets or PO’s, then what sourcing rules you’re using (from central warehouse, other locations, suppliers, etc).Ā Ā
There are some good North American partners available as well.Ā I would contact the USA office to get some specific guidance.Ā Ā They may be able to direct you to a partner with the specific knowledge you’re looking for.

Franz you’re correct – but if this is a customer up to date with EP they can register for an account for free.Ā This also gives them access to the user forums specific to LS customers.——————————
