    Anyone using Lanham eShip – We occasionally have some items where the package does not close on an order through the normal packline process, We need to go back, list packages and manually close the package for just one (or some) items.

    Has anyone seen this or have any thoughts on this?

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central on premise.

    Version (US Business Central 14.10)(E-Ship 3.17 (SE0.61.01 (SE0.61.01)))

    That sounds like a customization getting in the way. Is this a recent development or ongoing?

    Hi Tim! It’s been a while…thanks for jumping in here.

    I think we learned last night that the problem is related to a missing eShip Tracking Code on the Item Card.
