?I feel like I’ve seen this before, but could not find any notes.

Our Lanham eShip computer lived a long life, but the inevitable occurredĀ  šŸ™
I have a new Windows 10 PC all set up (the old one was WIndows 7).Ā  I downloaded and installed new Zebra GK-420t drivers and configured it for LPT1.Ā  The Zebra print utilities couldn’t communicate with the printer until I changed the port to LPT3.

In NAV when running Packline command //CSPP (Create Standard Package & Print), I get the following error:

A call to System._ComObject.PrintLabel failed with this message: Invalid handle.Parameter name: handle

      Any ideas?

Did you change the port to LPT3 on the Packing Station/Carrier Packing Station pages?Ā  Are you using the .NET integration type?

?Thanks !Ā Ā  I didn’t remember that the Packstation table included an LPT port field.Ā  Changing the LPT port value in the packing station solved the issue.

Did you install the Lanham executables on the new computer?

We have seen a simular Zebra Printer Error with the latest software installed, but we were not using Lanham.
We had to install an earler software version to get it to work.

We had this error at one point too.Ā  In addition to needing the Lanham components on that PC, I think we also needed to switch to using the 32 bit NAV client, as described here:Ā Ā Running 32-Bit Microsoft Dynamics Windows Client on 64-Bit Windows – Dynamics NAV.
