Has anyone ever seen this error trying to post a Bill Of Lading with Lanham’s eShip?

Hey Lewis –

This error sounds like it is caused by the Lanham E-Mail or Lanham Label formatter.  If you have a Bill of Lading E-Mail Code configured on the E-Mail Rule for the customer it could be trying to send an email and if that E-mail is misconfigured it could cause the error.  If you have a Bill of Lading Label Code specified on the Packing Rule for the customer, it could be trying to print a label and if that label is misconfigured it could cause the error.

?Thanks Rebecca.  We do have e-mail configured.  We just turned it on last week.
One thing I noticed this morning was that the sales order did not appear to have any packages.
