?Has anyone seen this error in Lanham e-Ship Pack line Scanning?

      “Unknown Source Type 0 0”

The error occurs when running the Create Standard Pack command (//CSP).

I’ve only seen this once and it was an invalid source Document Type. I just did //clear and re-entered the document number.

Thanks for the response, Nick?.Ā  Unfortunately, that is not the issue.Ā  I think it may possibly be related to the Shipping Agent Service since it was missing from some previous orders for this customer and we fixed that yesterday, but still this ne order is stuck at the Pack Line step.

      Lewis,

Are you able to debug the session? The errors I looked at with these parameters were pulling from the source ID, so somehow, the document is getting cleared. I have only seen this once and never did figure out the cause of the issue.

      Nick

Try deleting the order altogether and recreating it.

?Thanks for the responses, Nick and Jeane.

, our Shipping Team was able to create packages manually, so this error no longer exists.

, We didn’t want to delete the packages that had already been created because labels were already printed and applied.

      Hey Lewis,Ā

Could you provide the steps you all used in the pack line scanning when you received this error?Ā

      ?Hello ReBecca,Ā

?We’ve moved on from this and this is no longer an issue.Ā  The error never occurred before so hopefully we won’t see it again.Ā

Our process is to generally enter the sales order and then //CSPP.Ā  In this case, it looks like the order was alreayd partially packed and they were trying to pack the rest of the order (not sure), since the screen shot said 12 of 720 were already packed.

Earlier in the day we had other errors for this customer because there was not Shipping Agent Service assigned to the Shipping Agent assigned to this customer.Ā  We made assigned a service while some orders were in process and I belve that this error (below) was somehow related to that situation.

Like I said, we’ve moved on, so this is no longer an open issue and we’re not concerned since it appears to have been a one time event that we were able to work around.Ā

Thanks for jumping on the thread.
