    Hello,

    I am hoping that someone has seen this before.

    A user had Excel crash and since then Jet Reports does not work. We have tried running the repair and also uninstalling and reinstalling.

    The Jet tab does not show up in Excel. When we try to go to Options in Excel to enable the add-in, we get the error message: Microsoft Excel cannot access the file ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\JetReports\JetReports.xll’. (The file does exist)

    @kimd do you have any insights into this or know someone who does?

    @Bearded_Analyst

    This was resolved with a repair of MS Office.

    I also received another suggestion that would have been worth checking if not already resolved. Jet Reports drops a config file in C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Jet Reports that we would have tried deleting or renaming (the file is settings.xml).

    This error just started occurring again for a handful of our associates. The actual fix is to go into Excel’s File menu, choose OPTIONS, then add-ins and select DISABLED ADD-INS and re-enable Jet Reports.
