Hello All,

I have a situation in D365 BC.

I have spotted an item with item ledger entries in it.
Upon browsing into entries, I came across an entry number where the remaining qty is zero but the field called Open is ticked, means it says its still open when remaining qty is zero,

I tried to find out where the entry was applied to from application worksheet but failed to unapply and re apply it as when I tried it says Unapply cannot be done to an Correction Entry.

What is the way now left in the system for me to make this field Open=NO since that particular entry number has no remaining qty in the system.

What document(s) are or were involved in the creation of the entry: purchase, fixed assets, manufacturing, etc. or just a Item Journal Entry, etc.? And also understanding your costing method is often important.

Son on this Item Ledger Entry when you go to “Navigate” from the menu and the window pops up you do not see the related Entries: Posted (e.g., Sales, or some other) or Value Entry, Warehouse Entry, etc.)?
