Been trying to post my invoice to the PO but I am getting an error that says “The G/L Entry already exist. Identification fields and Values : Entry.=570816”. Anybody ever seen an error like this?

I have seen this, but it has been many, many years. If I remember correctly, there were 2 rows on the PO with the same Item No. one right after the other.  The problem was a bad filter from a customization or maybe an ISV solution. I know ours was not a problem with standard NAV.

that can have many reasons. depends also from nav release and build. can be a bug from the release or from a customization. check out these:

Roland, have you gone live lately or new mod’s created by your VAR installed recently?

If so, they need to change some coding around or delete some data that is still there.

P.s. This was an issue with some custom coding in the past I’ve seen. But give insights on your Version and what exactly you were doing that caused this, anything else trying to post is causing and issue?
