      Good afternoon –Ā

We recently migrated out NAV EFT Setup with ChargeLogic form Encrypted (local) to Remote Storage andĀ are seeing two key issues I wonder if anyone can give any advice on:

      1. Intermittent error “The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.”

      – We have seen users experience this error, then have another user repeat the same transaction without error. I myself have added my own card to a customer card and got the secure channel error, then immediately added the same card again without changing tier, and the transaction was successful without error, ruling out a specific tier configuration issue.Ā

2.The second issue is processing/transmission speed of the transaction, whether successful or not.
Previously we were simply encrypting the data locally to our own NAV SQL DB to be sent in a batch to the processor later – with Remote Storage we are sending cards and transactions to ChargeLogic to be encrypted and stored remotely, so we do expect a certain change in processing time. However, users have submitted tickets regarding the time it is taking – has anyone else seen similar performance decreases, and could advise what a reasonable processing time for the remote transaction should be?Ā

      Many thanks!Ā
