    We are currently evaluating new AI-powered capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, especially around Copilot, financial forecasting, inventory planning, and workflow automation.

    I would like to understand how other organizations are practically using these features in real-world Business Central environments.

    Some specific questions:

    • Are companies successfully using Copilot for finance, purchasing, or reporting automation?
    • How are businesses handling integrations between Business Central, CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, and third-party apps?
    • Which AI-driven features are delivering measurable ROI in 2026?
    • What are the biggest challenges during implementation or customization?
    • Are there any best practices for multi-company or multi-location deployments?
