functional acknowledgement status on 940’s “Part Accepted”

  Hi all,
  
  Occasionally, we run into the issue where the functional acknowledgement status on our 940’s show as “part accepted”
  
  This seems to happen randomly without any precursors.
  
  I have confirmed with SPS that these 940’s were all accepted which leads me to believe this is an issue with NAV and not SPS.
  
  Has any one encountered this issue before or have any insight as to what might be causing it?
  
  We are running Navision 2013 R2
