Hello Kim

I have some instructions to fix this issue, you need to temporary download an extension.

Step-by-step guide:

Guide:

1. Download
   the Per Tenant Extension on Per Tenant Extension (PTE).
2. It
   will be a zip file, please extract the file on a folder.
3. Go
   to your BC environment and search “Extension management.”
4. Click
   on “Manage” option.
5. Click
   on “Upload” Extension.
6. Select
   the .app file on the folder you extracted.
7. Turn
   on the switch so you can deploy the extension.
8. Once
   it is installed, search for “Data Editor” on BC.
9. Select
   the 1400 table on every
   company you have on the environment.
10. Delete
    all the files on the table.
11. Update
    the apps on the environment.
12. Update
    the environment.
