      Dears, Good Morning,

As the new account type “Employee” introduced in NAV and BS; and it can be used for Expenses reimbursement, and this is very clear, my point now in Emp. card there is a posting group linked to 1 account only let say ( Staff Payables ) in some situation the Emp ask for loan or salary advance and before we were dealing with the emp as a Customer with a diff, posting group, I am asking for any idea to not create to cards for the emp.; one as Emp. and the other as Customers.

Thanks in advance for your help.

      Mahmoud

It appears that the employee type can only be used for payments to the employee.  In your example, you wouldn’t need to create a customer record for the employee.  Assuming that you posted the loan to an asset account on the balance sheet, when you get the payments from the employee, just post the payment to the G/L account holding the balance.  In the description you can reference the employee that the payment is for.

Thanks so much, this is clear but how can I print a report like “Customer Detail trial balance” or “Customer statement” but for the employee?
As the loan history and repayments should be tracked because it will be deducted from the employee salary until the settlement of the loan.
Any Ideas please but far from developing / customization.
