      We frequently get the error message below when trying to send an EasyPDF batch (for A/P Remittance Advice):

        “A call to EasyPDF.SMTPMail.Send failed with this message: Error in processing.  The server response was 4.4.0 Message failed to be made redundant due to A shadow copy was required but failed to be made with an Ack Status of Fail”.

      Any ideas?

      Hello Lewis,

      I know in Exchange, when we get this error, it is usually caused by the DNS not available and can be caused due to traffic or a mail gets stuck causing a failed response.
