Is it possible to use two different starting components on a RPO to make one finished product? So I bought “A” & “B” which are similar items but on different item codes and I want to convert both of them to make “C” all on the same RPO. Is this possible?

Sure. NAV has no idea what you are doing. It consumes items that you tell it you used and turns them into whatever the item is that you output. You can include a C in the consumption and NAV will turn it into a C.

If I am reading what you said correctly, you are trying to make product “C”. The components needed to make the product are Item “A” and Item “B”. This is standard functionality.
Another potential question you might be asking is can I list part “C” as a component, and NAV knows that it requires both “A” and “B”. This is called a Phantom Item. You never actually produce part “C” into Inventory, but you list it on your finished good’s BOM (as Production BOM). NAV then explodes C into its components (A & B) when the Production Order is created.
Let us know if either of these apply to your question.
