decreasing quantities on Partially Recieved/Shipped Drop Shipments

  ??is there a way to decrease a qty on a drop shipment line after it was partially shipped/received?
  
  for example
  if a customer orders 100 of item A. They receive 50 of them. Then decide they do not want the other 50 (and the other 50 have not shipped yet)
  
  Is it possible to somehow update that qty from 100 to 50?
