Where are you looking to apply this filter? If for example, you are filtering Item Ledger Entries of type SALES, you can add a POSTING DATE filter of 010119.. or 010119..t (t=today).

I’m trying to create a chart for sales dollar and volume by month. I set the date filter as such “cm-1y..cm” but my data points on the chart are by shipment day not by month. So maybe I’m looking in the wrong spot to control on how the data is being displayed. I would like to the data grouped by month not by day.
