Has anyone out there created a Data Exchange Definition for US Bank to be used with Positive Pay exports? Looking for answers to a couple of questions.

What verison of NAV are you using? I believe NAV 2017 has Positive pay as its standard feature.
We’ve created one with Union Bank for positive pay reports. It works great.

Depending on the version of NAV (and how much automation you need), you don’t need to use the Data Exchange to create the file. Base NAV functionality now has the NACHA file format for US Banks. Here’s a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvbUkn0hHTA.

Hi
The Bank Data Service is already setup and you can use it for bank’s all over the world. Not only US banks.
You can also use it for reconciliation of your lockbox.
Please let me know if you need further info.
Best regards Peter
