      For NAV 2018 we’re receiving the following alert. 

      One is flagged Status Accepted, the other Closed. Neither have lines. Can I safely clear these by deleting?

      I would suggest confirming with your bank that you’ve received those funds and things are matching with your G/L. But if they are blank, you should be able to delete them safely.

      Thank you, Kristoffer.

      I wonder if we have a bug. When we delete, we receive an error that read permission is required for tables EFT Tran. Purch. Line -CL- and EFT Purchase Line Type -CL-. Even though we tried with Super User permissions, I added these two tables with full rights. Have you run across this type of permission error?

      Hi Noreen,

      There’s usually a standalone EFT permission set. The other issue could license related as well, I suggest running the License Permission. In terms of SUPER, make sure they are super within the right company if you have multiple company.

      I’ve applied all permission sets and this is still not resolved. There may be a corrupted record. We’ll contact our VAR at some point if this creates further issues.
