I had a request that got me thinking. If a company has Microsoft Business Voice (previously called Phone System), which is Microsoft’s VOIP phone service, and Business Central is it possible to get one button calling out of Business Central? Say I’m on a Contact record, really anywhere with a phone number field, can I push a button to activate Teams (used to make the call) and have it dial the number?
I tried to look up information online, but didn’t find anything on this topic. It seems like a reasonable request, but not sure the connection points are available yet to make this happen.

Yes, we have both Business Central and Business Voice, and as far as I can tell if there is a phone number field (and you aren’t on an edit screen) you can click the phone number and it will bring up Teams and dial it.
