    BC20 on prem – keystroke performance

    We upgraded to BC20 on prem and have been processing a few weeks now, biggest user complaint is key board performance, specifically when entering line items into quotes and orders. When typing in the line No. field, for those that are faster at typing, it’s not unusual for BC to miss keystrokes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
