We have a client using a Purchase Approval workflow built in Power Automate and connected to Business Central. This Flow works perfectly for all users in the company with the exception of one. In his case, when he kicks off the request in Business Central, nothing happens in Power Automate. There are no failed runs, and no failed checks. He receives no error, but the flow does not start. We have watched him do the process-he isn’t doing anything the other users aren’t. We have looked at everything we know in BC, Power Automate, and O365 and can’t see any difference between him and any other user. Realize that this likely spans several areas, but wondering if anyone has any ideas of where this one user might be failing? The archived workflow step instances in BC do appear to be occurring from what we can see. PDF attached of a working user permissions vs the non working user permissions.Ā
