Our clients are reporting issues with individual users where they apply filters or when they use the search on the List page (Sales Order, others) can’t find the document or when opens the order and navigate to the Warehouse Shipment it shows Warehouse Shipment lines but then Show Document link bring to another record. When in the list (Warehouse Insight Reques) shows the SO number and the WS number if they click on the document, it opens a blank record. (No filters applied on Warehouse Shipment List or the card). I found this Last error and the value 40001 was applied to the list and was the Customer number and not a Date filter.

Client reported also they cannot open Sales Order from Customer card.

  Thanks for your reply, I am posting few issues I have and also some I created tickets to Microsoft. I do not want to be an ice breaker, but this is one of the places to share with All Of us and get any info or reply.
