I’m looking for the best method of reporting bugs for BC…
For example, I’ve found 2 bugs in the code related to the BC CRM Integration…where/how should I submit those?

I agree with Lewis. If you report them to your partner then your partner will create a support ticket with the details. I’ve had good luck doing this and Microsoft has been able to fix everything in a timely manner once they’re notified of it.

The “Ideas” site has an FAQ that specifically says it is NOT for bugs in the product.
So, if you’re on-prem like me, then it looks like having you partner report bugs on your behalf is your only option.
For those with BC in the MS cloud, you can create your own support tickets through the D365 Admin center. (I’ve done this for CRM Online with great success.)
