Bank Link Error

    Fellow banking users…I have a client that has been live about 6 months with a successful link to their bank account for reconciliation.

    Upon going to do their rec this week, they were experiencing issues with importing lines. For one account, it would not bring all rows in (cut off on 6/17 instead of 6/30) and another account worked. Both are linked to Johnson Bank through the Yodlee connector. They have not had any recent BC updates.

    We unlinked and tried to relink the accounts, but now get just a “technical error”.

    Anyone else experiencing this? As a workaround, we created a statement import mapping.
