Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a solution that can automatically print documents attached to a NAV record when printing a report.  In my specific example, I want to print a Job Traveller from a NAV Released Prod. Order and print all the documents linked to that Prod. Order.  

So there might be 2 PDF files attached to the Production Order, and when I print the report I want the 2 PDF files to print also.

Any ideas? Has a NAV ISV created such an addon? Does ZetaDocs do this?

Our DocumentPath add-on (for document sending) has some functionality along these lines…but not quite what you’re looking for.  It has an option to include record linked files when sending documents by email…for example, purchase orders may have engineering drawings linked which are then included when the PO is emailed to the vendor.

Given what you’re looking to do, if the requirements are really this specific (just print linked documents when a production order is printed) i think you’re best to just look at a small customization.  I doubt any ISV add-on is going to exactly fit the bill…and they’d probably all be overkill for such a narrow requirement.
