Hi Everyone,

We are looking at adding a bolt-on to Business Central in order to automate our AR and provide our customers with a web portal for payments and invoices.  We are aware of ChargeLogic/Versapay and are having a demo with them later this week.  Are there any other solutions out there?  We’ve found a number of payment application bolt-ons, but nothing with the full customer portal and dashboard reporting that Versapay has.  Any other suggestions will be appreciated.  Thank you!

Hello Terry,

My company recently added PayFabric for automating AR payments and we will eventually deploy the portal to allow the customer to view their AR and make payments through this cloud service. We’ve only used a few times.  My only complaint is the length of time from scheduling a pull and receiving the funds, between 3 to 5 days.  Otherwise, it is more efficient and allows for greater accuracy than our previous method of pulling funds via ACH from our bank portal.  Good luck.

You mentioned VersaPay, which is a solid option, but you could also look at iPayments and SanaCommerce.  While Sana is primarily e-commerce they have a nice Customer Portal.
