Do you have a test environment? If not you should, simply do an allocation in the test company/database and then try to reverse it.
If you are talking about recurring general journals with allocations, I believe you can reverse the journal. However, NAV will not update the dates on the recurring journal lines you will have some work to do to reset those to the month you need.
