Adding new vendor from Vancouver WA USA
I am trying to add a new vendor in BC. The vendor address is from Vancouver, WA. Every time I try to add it, the country defaults to Canada. When I enter US as the country, then Vancouver as the city, it still defaults to Canada. I have tried to enter the address several different ways, but it still defaults to Canada with the Canadian zip code. The only way around it is to spell Vancouver incorrectly. Is this a glitch in the BC system?

Check the zip code table (You can use the drop-down lookup from the CITY or ZIP code field on the vendor card). There is probably an entry there for Vancouver, BC, Canada. You can either delete that OR add an entry for Vancouver, WA. If you add Vancouver, WA, then when entering Vancouver into the CITY field on the Vendor Card, BC will pop-up a list of all Vancouver entries so that you can choose the correct one.
