Here are some links to research, but what I’m reading is that you must setup shared drives on onedrive first and then grant users access to the shares and they’d be able to select OTHER destinations than their personal.
You can use OneDrive for Business to store, manage, and share files, such as reports or file attachments. Also if you spell it One Drive.
